Finance and Software Leaders

Mr. Jakubowski is responsible for setting the company’s strategy and leading its growth as a premier software provider to banks and other financial institutions. Mr. Jakubowski previously served as Program Manager for specific government clients including FDIC and HUD.

Prior to DebtX, Bill was Director of Operations at RenderView Software, Inc. and was previously Division Manager for Arkwright Mutual Insurance Company’s Assumed Reinsurance division.

Bill received his Master of Business Administration degree from the Carroll School of Management-Boston College and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Villanova University.

Mr. Huschle is responsible for new client acquisition and relationship management. He brings over 30 years experience in technology sales and sales management to the firm. Bill has brought more than 20 software products to market, signed worldwide and nationwide software license agreements, and has hired, trained, grown, and managed multiple sales teams.

Prior to joining DebtX, Bill was the Vice President of Sales at BondAxe, a technology startup that offered web-based big data analysis tools to fixed income trading desks and sales organizations. BondAxe was successfully sold to Reuters in April, 2006. For the nine years prior to BondAxe, Bill ran his own sales consulting firm, BreakThrough Sales Consulting.

Bill received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy from Bucknell University in 1987.

Mr. Wise is CTO responsible for setting and executing the company’s technology strategy. In his previous role as Senior Software Architect, he contributed key features and infrastructure to several major versions of the multi-tenant SaaS product with focuses in application security and development operations.

Previously, Tom was a Software Development Engineer at Amazon's Alexa Machine Learning Data Platform where he focused on secure data handling and compliance. His team supported hundreds of teams across dozens of Amazon locations and fulfilled storage solutions at scale for millions of Alexa devices across the globe.

Tom holds a degree in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY with a minor in Business Administration and German language. He also studied Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Science and German Language at the University of Osnabrück in Germany.

Mr. Lunman is a technology leader with over 25 years experience building financial technology SaaS products. As Chief Architect, he leads architecture and software development with a focus on security, reliability, scalability, and performance.

Previously with DebtX, Jon was a senior engineer and architect where he led the development of DebtX's in-house Loan Sale management and auction platform that would later evolve into a multi-tenant SaaS business. Prior to DebtX, Jon held senior engineering positions at Event Zero, an internet startup consultancy, and BancTec Canada, where he built remittance processing software for Canadian banks, utility companies, and the Quebec Ministry of Revenue.

Jon holds a degree in Computer Science from Champlain Regional College in Saint Lambert, Quebec.

Mr. Callahan is responsible for the design, management & compliance of Debticate's overall information technology and security infrastructure. Rich is the company’s point of contact for client requests related to information security policies, compliance and general cybersecurity. He also is a member of the Senior Policy Committee and co-manages the company’s SOC2 Type II audit process.

Prior to joining Debticate, Rich spent five years at Linedata, a global financial technology company, managing corporate and hosted infrastructure for North America.

Rich received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Salem State University.

Ms. Turner is responsible for leading the company’s product development team. Traci also is a member of the Senior Policy Committee and a co-manages the company’s SOC2 Type II audit process. She previously served as Product Manager and QA Analyst.

Prior to joining DebtX, Traci was at The First Marblehead Corporation. As the Team Lead of Business User Acceptance Testing, she verified usability, quality and accuracy of student loan software products.

Traci received her Bachelor of Science in Education from Boston University.

Mr. Berk joined DebtX Software Solutions in January 2023 as an independent board member and company advisor.

Bob spent 13 years with U.S. Bank as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Capital Markets business, before retiring on December 31, 2022. During his tenure, he helped build Capital Markets into a top-tier syndicated loan provider.

Prior to U.S. Bank, Bob spent 16 years at JPMorgan Chase, where he had a number of roles, including COO of Global Credit Trading, COO of Global Leveraged Finance, COO of High Yield Origination and Capital Markets, and business manager for High Yield Sales, Trading, Research & Loan Trading. Before that, Bob had a variety of responsibilities at Bankers Trust, Citicorp Securities, and Drexel Burnham Lambert.

Bob received his Bachelor of Arts from City University of New York, Baruch College.
